I only did a little this week regarding my project, but I went to the garden and took a picture of the Datura I would use. I got to read and comment on other blogs, work on homework, and complete Maricopa's mandatory employee online training. Other than that, only a little is going on this week. After completing my research proposal, I decided to test the antimicrobial properties of datura tea on Ecoli. That way, I will have something to measure. So I will be culturing more bacteria this semester after all. I might even extract the DNA to see if it changed.
